the reason vietnam looks poor right now because vietnam has suffer thoudsands of years because of wars and enslave.but the good side is the spirit of the vietnamese people has got our country back as a whole.After the Doi Moi years,when the government changed some of it's policies,the economy has been doing very well. i hate how some people just complain on the internet how the country is poor and shit, but don't do anything.
