For my opinion, it'd be nice if maybe one day, a Thomas DVD has a bonus feature called "The unfinished episode: The Missing Coach", which features all the filmed footage assuming it wasn't just tossed out after Mitton died. That way, HIT wouldn't have to make it seem like a main episode.
