小坂町での雪遊び："Fun In the Snow" in Kosaka

2009年1月12日に秋田県小坂町の国際交流員と近隣の英語指導助手は町民の子供達の為に「Let's Go! 雪の中へ飛び出そう！」というイベントを初めて開催しました。行事の目的は母国の雪遊びを指導することや英語を楽しみながら、国際交流を図ることでした。意外と人数が多く­、とても成功なイベントでした。

On January 12, 2009 Kosaka's CIR and ALT's from Kosaka, Odate, and Kazuno hosted an event called "Let's Go! 雪の中へ飛び出そう！" in northern Akita Prefecture. The purpose of the event was to introduce participants to typical snow-related activities from our home countries, expose them to English in a non-classroom environment, and engage in cultural exchange. There was a great turnout and the whole event was a huge success.
