Steel Heights Objective Progress 1

Rather then play a RCT1 scenario, or make a RCT2 scenario, I decided 4/04/09 was the day to start playing one of the parks I made. I planned on playing Steel Heights first, that way I could get prepared for Roller Coaster Tycoon Loopy Landscapes Octagon Park, & Never More Park, while also seeing just how hard is was to work with coasters I didnt want to.

Rather then throwing up a slide show of the parks finished look, this shows the parks current coasters, most of which are aimed toward the objective. Currently 4 coasters are in this park, but only 3 meet the required objective. Ballistic and Apocolyptica are the only two in this video that meet the requirements, while Sling Shot doesnt meet the length need. The 4th coaster is Dream Warriors which is a Moterbike Coaster, and is about 3 minutes long.

Park:Steel Heights
Objective:Build at least 10 differnt types of roller coasters each with an excitement rating of at least 7.00, and a minimum length of 3,957ft.
The Catch (Challange): Few rides at start to build, and you can only build steel rides and coasters.
Money:Unlimited

Great Jop I Like Apocolyptica But i have a problen when i was playing Millie park for a short time when an Error trapper meassige apearde it says acsess vitolation location unkow. I do not know how this happens please help.

Im not sure why this error pops up. Did the same for me, but only when I loaded the park.

can you build only steel coasters or something?

In this scenario, you can only build steel rides, and roller coasters; nothing made of wood, such as slides, merry go rounds, etc.

Aren't some carousels and slides made of metal, and can you build a mine train coaster, because those are made of steel, even though they look like they are made of wood.

In roller coaster tycoons case, the Slide and Carousel are made of wood. Yes the Wooden Coaster and Mine Train Coaster use steel, but most parts of the coasters are wood as the only steel parts could be part of the train, and track they run on. If you own RCT1, it lists some info about the rides. RCT2 lists very little info about the rides.

The Mine Train Coaster is actually classified as a steel rollercoaster in real life, it is just themed to an old wooden railway, and its supports are steel, they look like the heartline roller coaster supports, and generally, a steel mine train's tracks usually are the same as a corckscrew coaster's tracks, but it depends on the manufacturer.
