DNSCache hosts file path change

Before you jump to any conclusions, there is a VERY SIMPLE way to avoid a situation when malware changes the memory of a service or meddles with hosts file: DO NOT WORK AS ADMIN, use a standard user account instead. If you by accident execute a trojan, it won't have enough privileges to execute the shown scenario.
