All ways giving never taking. RIP Joe

An absolute entertainer, and all around great guy. One thing I'm always disappointed about is not being in my teens or older during the days The Clash were around.

I so love Joe Strummer. He was such an amazing person and so incredibly talented. I am lucky enough to have seen him perform live when he was the frontman for The Clash in '83. He was fu****g fantastic!!

Also I just noticed this: check out around 2:58 the violinist is plucking out a solo but no one's shining a light on him or recognizing it. So Joe kneels down next to him because he knows all the spotlights will follow him and they illuminate the violinist.
It's such a cool little moment cause it shows both what a master of the stage and selfless guy Joe was. I never met him but I love seeing little moments like this that show someone's true nature like that.
