great recipe, I tried it and it tasted great!
what's also good to add in as a layer is Pesto (I used Lemon Artichoke Pesto) and added sundried tomatoes, roast peppers and chopped up artichoke hearts.

@myssme214 : Well - here are a few options - thick white sauce or ricotta cheese. We have not tried either of the 2 options but think they should work. If you are planning on making it for a party, we suggest you try a small quantity before the party to make sure it works. Let us know if you do try and how it worked it.
