My stomach looks just like yours! We have the same body type.. Dancers. I need to get rid of that strip of fat above my hips because I wear a size 1 in pants but my stomach pokes out like your before pic. What program do you think is better for me? I'd like to flatten my stomach and the perky butt would be a bonus but not essential since I already have a bubble butt.

@raa3111 Well, I'm definitely partial to BBL & P90x, but it depends on what your ultimate goal is. So you're a dancer too?!! LOVE that! If you want something that will tone you up AND help in dance class, BBL is the one. If you want overall hotness ;o) ie Toned arms, abs..P90x is the best in my opinion. Think more long term goal & that will help you choose. If you'd like me to be your coach and/or add you to my support page, I'll make sure you get a couple extra DVDs for free.Facebook me girl!

OMG! You r beautiful! We kinda have the same body type. Im finishing the fourth week of p90x. I already can see really good results. But I noticed my legs are skinnier and its not working my butt that much. I definitely don't have time to do the BBL now =/ do u think Ill be able to have stronger legs and butt even w/o the BBL?! thanks!

@marinarosabarbosa I've heard the same thing from 2 girls in my Challenge Group, actually. That said, Legs & Back & Plyo are the only really leg centered ones. I bet you could add in Legs & Back more often (just do the leg exercise parts) as a double to your current schedule if you can. Go as deep in your squat during Plyo as you can & be SURE to use weights when he does lunges! That builds your hamstrings & lifts your butt. you can always do BBL after you finished P90x if it's not QUITE there.
