Looks fun, but I don't get what the point of celebrating the New Year is. It's just an arbitrary point in time. Nothing significant happens at that second that the year changes.

that would have been the biggest thrill having like thousands of people counting down. at my town theres just a fell of a lot of fireworks/alcohol/and fireworks.

I know you're not there now, but this is your most recent video so im asking. I heard it's really hard to try and live in Japan if you're not asian. My brother had no difficulty because my in-laws are rich and paid him to come live there.
