Carnival Cruise GS Suite cabin tour

Our 8th Cruise we decided to try a large suite on the Carnival Elation in 2011. Carnival wont show you pic and certainly not a video tour of a cabin you will spend 5-7 days in.... Why? I have some much needed video and answers for you in this video comparing a GS level Grand Suite, verses a veranda suite and a video tour of GS and interior cabin and balcony. The price is approx double for GS over an ocean view room but only about 30% more than Veranda. This is a secret so don't tell anyone : )

My intentions were to share some information. She and her sister have been on all 9 cruises with us and we wouldn't dream of cruising without them as they will both be grown soon and yes they are just kids being kids. The oldest has raging hormones and sometimes thinks before she speaks. After she saw our very first suite, she hated her cabin by comparison which was across the hall. We always get 2 side by side ocean view cabins and we need 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us.

great stateroom! I think the older daughter should not go on trips at all, and the next vacation, she should be sent to work in the local soup kitchens to help the needy. maybe then she will appreciate the parents and life she has been blessed with. hope you had a great time despite the spoiled sour teen.

WOW that suite looks GREAT!!! Is the junior suite smaller than this or is it the same thing? I just booked a junior suite on the elation but I cannot find pics of it on you tube?

I like that suite. I have a Veranda Suite booked on the Elation, and I think it will do just fine. We have cruised the Elation before, out of Mobile. Hope your kids had a nice time (as I am pretty sure they did). I was a teenager once too.
