This was supposed to be a very simplistic video of artist Erik Smallwood performing one of his original songs in front of a local coffee shop - director/editor/producer/everything else guy Tony Murnahan kinda went all perfectionist on it, and absolutely no budget to work with, created this piece of art.

My guess is that it counts I.S.P. addresses, and that it might have trouble when a video is viewed largely locally - I don't know for sure though.
