Dr. Morse, i heard from Brian Clement that if someone has issues with their head, eyes, hair etc, that its beneficial to encourage blood/lymph to your head by doing things like yoga/ headstand/downward dog yoga position, candle yoga, where the head is beneath the body..... what u think? :)

why do u recommend a grape fast? what special properties do they have? same question with lemon fast. can u eat as many grapes at u want on a grape fast or do u just drink the juice only? thanks :)

dr Morse, im a little confused. how do the adrenals affect ur blood sugar? i thought it was more so the pancreas / spleen organ system. also, is it the parathyroid that controls the uptake or usage of calcium? what should u work on if u have connective tissue trouble? is vitC important with connective tissue? thanks! look forward to clarification! :D peace, love to all, and anyone reading this now :)
