WWTBAM - Joe Trela's Run To $1,000,000 - Part 4

Joe Trela sat in the hotseat on March 23, 2000 and became the show's third $1,000,000 winner. What was even more impressive was that he went the entire upper tier of questions without an available lifeline to use, having used his last ones at $32,000, which was the first time a $1,000,000 winner had done that.

This is the final part of his run which shows his $1,000,000 question. He takes a while to deliberate the answer, but, of course, it pays off in the end. :)

@miebakso you know how i knew the answer to this one? i was only 14 at the time and instantly knew the answer because the computer room in the playstation game Resident Evil 2 was infested with giant moth's...i remember shouting at my family like "I SHOULD HAVE A MILLION BUCKS!!!"

the IRS guy did it without needing any lifelines, just used the phone a friend to call his dad on the last question to tell him he was about to win a million dollars. that's impressive as hell

Respect for making it without lifelines since the 32.000 $ question.. After he won a million dollars i think he bought himself a hot chick. ;) Judging the way he was avoiding his girlfriend after he won :)

Is this show still running in the US? We still got it here in Denmark, but imo the danish show is a bit boring, because it´s too family oriented plus the questions are usually too easy, although only a couple of people have won a million kroner (180.000$)..
