You can hear him breathing, or more likely inhaling and exhaling a cigarette from 3:30 to 4:10 when I think he says, "there's still a little more time."

This is amazing. I think this is my favourite version of Gone With The Sin, it's so beautiful. The orchestra is beautiful, and Ville's voice just goes really great with the instruments. It's magical. Haha. Great Job with the video, it's great :)
