@MaryEmerson80 These do work for general walking/everyday wear. We wouldn't recommend running in these as they are unstable and not designed for running. For running, the barefoot running shoes are designed for running and would be more suitable for that.

what is the deal with these? Do they work? I want to try walking/running? What about the barefoot running sheos? Or should I try to get toned with another exercise pr product. thank you.
