Karyn

Synopsis:
The story takes place at St. James, a private school in Eastern U.S.
Karyn, a teen who attends St. James, dreams of becoming a famous music band group with her friends, Peter and Tiffany. However, her father is unable to understand her dream and the direction of her life becomes altered.
Karyn would often tease other people to hide her own grievances and would ignore her new music teacher, Heather, who tries to give her advice.

One day, Heather tells Karyn about the story of Joseph and his father, Jacob, from the Bible which leads Karyn to reflect upon her own life and finally realize her true identity. This ultimately helps her to overcome the pain she has experienced.
However, it is only after she experiments with drug use through the influence of her boyfriend, John and is placed in a critical moment of facing rape that she realizes the fate of her reality.

She bears a heavy burden and ends up in jail after she is falsely accused of drug possession and murder of her friend, Anna. In the moment of complete despair, she realizes how Joseph was able to hold onto his faith in Gods covenant through times of suffering and hardship and decides to follow in his journey

就读于美国东部名门私立学校St.JamesSchool的凯伦，虽然梦想着与朋友彼得、蒂凡妮一起搞一个乐队,但是介于不理解她的想法的父亲成了她的墙,因此她过着叛逆­的生活。
对于不满的凯伦，新委任的音乐老师海德劝告她要找回自己的梦。但是凯伦没有重视。 对于这时的凯伦，海德将圣经中的雅各和约瑟的故事讲给她听，使得她开始回想自己的人生，并且领悟到了自己真正的样子，开始从痛苦的生活中走出来。
但是，因同校同学约翰的诱惑，误入了吸食毒品的歧途，甚至差点被强奸，并且目击了好朋友安娜为了救自己而被枪杀的现场。
因毒品和杀人事件被连累入狱的凯伦，开始埋怨自己的命运和上帝。但是知道了在任何的苦难中不屈服，并且对应许的信心从未动摇的约瑟的人生之后,开始跟随他的旅程。。。
