Ye I was also there. First time I ever experience a GnR concert. Thanks to the superb talents of Slash, they remained superb. Whereas Axl has always remained a "Dick". But sorry, they were never a match for Iron Maiden.

Actually the 2 people were killed due to scaffolding falling on them due to the crush, 106,000 people there that day, I was just one of them :D ...... Up the Irons!!

They were crushed to death. Guns and Roses then played slow cos it got real bad though most of the audience didn't know at the time. Dave Lee Roth shouting at the bounces "Get the fuck off my stage". Cunt, they were trying to sort it out. After the Iron Maiden fireworks they announced that two people had been killed and to take it easy on the way out. You never heard 100 thousand people so quiet. Like a silent army.
