it is in pensilvainia, the pit takes place in pittsburg, they share the same state, most of the game takes place in virginia, where a lot of the civil war was fought.
The Enclave plays Dixie, this vid plays Dixie.
Dixie is the CSA national anthem.
These are CSA reenactors.
Therefore it does infact have a reasonable amount to do with fallout.
