Nimblewill Nomad - Odyssey 2010 - PNT - Part 9

August 29, Chilliwack River to September 6, Deception Pass, Washington

This segment begins with the awe of nature's force, sending water crashing and falling over the rocks toward the Chilliwack River. A little further down the trail comes a wondrous adventure, as the Nomad must maneuver a hand-cable car to take himself across the gorge at Chilliwack River. A few days later the Nomad pauses on Innis Road, a Forest Service logging road, to capture the peace and serenity of the surrounding view, looking off toward the Olympic Mountains and San Juan Island, then continuing on down the path to Wickersham. On labor day weekend, in the pouring rain, the Nomad again provides us with some wonderful footage to share the bridge and beaches of Deception Pass and view of Puget Sound.
