Hi!
Sorry for the delay, I was very busy!
I supose that the ligths that they're not working are tho ones at the top. They light depending on the line sensor is actuating, so , you have to check if the leds are broken or not, also check the circuit and resistances...
Also chek soldering, maybe there is something wrong.
