I have a unibrow and very bushy eyebrows, I'm a student in High School and I do get made fun of for my eyebrows. Would it be ok if I not really shaped my eyebrows but just took some hair out to make it less noticeable?

@SweetApple92 As far as I know, you can remove the hair between the eyebrows, since it is not considered part of the eyebrow.

there is hadith saying that you can not use black die on your hair, that goes for men to. and applying perfume in public is detestable, even to the extent Muhhamed saw said the woman who does this is like a potential adultress

@mrahman1992 The hadith applies to all women for all times. The Prophet (saw0 made everything clear. Plucking the brows means changing the creation of Allah. Shaytaan also plays on our weaknesses and not all people have the highest iman. Many women fall into his trap and want to beautify themselves so men would admire and praise them. This can lead to major sins. As for intention is only valid when it's in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah. Otherwise it is rejected.

@SweetApple92 Take no notice of them! Allah(SWT) made you the way you are, laugh it off if they cant take fun out of eyebrows it just shows how shallow they are i have quite thick eyebrows but believe me if i shaved my eyebrows they would take the mickey out of me more then before because my eyebrows suit my Face and thin eyebrows would not i have quite strong cheek bones and need strong eyebrows to go with it lol believe me !

Assalamualaikum to all brothers and sisters...This question that I'm going to ask concerns both men and women...Is shaving armpit hair allowed? Or plucking? Coz certainly women will look urgh with hairy pits...

Our Prophet (S.a.w) has cursed those women who remove their facial hair. and as Yousef Estes said... any unusual or something which grows abnormally can be removed. and in addition...any characteristics like over growing hair on the upper lips that resemble to men...can be removed.. And Allah knows the best. It'll be better to do further research before taking any action....peace...

@SweetA Not giving any fatwas but theirs a hadith saying Allahs curse is upon those who pluck their eyebrows.Now what does this mean? Well in those times the prostitutes plucked all their eyebrows off, so in context what the hadith is actually saying is that prostitution is sinful not necessarily the act of removing some hair is an evil act.Avoid doing it but if you have no confidence and are embarrassed with it, majority of eyebrows should remain certainly dont do it wt wrong intentions.
