i have to analyse the language in this play and how it contributes to the characterisation of Faustus, its so difficult though but hopefully watching this will make things a bit clearer =/

I completely agree. As much as I like to read plays and imagine the characters myself, i find it easier to watch a production - it's far more attention-grabbing than words on a page.
