The instrument at 2:16 is kenong with the lower octave jenglong next to it. Usually both are played by one person, although he's only playing kenong here. The gong stand design is classic Cirebon, as is the kendang. The first piece is Playon, and the second one is Bendrong Gancang.
this is at Keraton Kasepuhan in Cirebon. Looks to be a music and dance practice at the arts high school of Kasepuhan. Very elementary style performance. Nobody is playing Suling, Gambang or the Kemyang (called Bonang Panerus in Central Java).. Also the Kenong player is not playing the Jengglong. It is wonderful to see the video though and know that young people in Cirebon are still learning their traditons.

What is this?, see minute 2:16 ,
and also the instrument behind the player on the corner of the room (not played).
Minute 1:16, look like kendang Bali.
Gong hanger 0:39 different than most gong hanger in Javanese Gamelan.
