We went to church with our nephew, Kelly, at Lackland AFB. It was amazing. The trainees all sway to the songs and sing loudly. So inspiring!

  • Amazing time, amazing place. I went through Lackland in 1981, and we went to my son's graduation last weekend. WOW.

  • My husband went through Lackland in '87 and really liked seeing the grad weekend & how it is now. His favorite part was seeing our nephew for the first time doing the Airman's run.

  • Im going to love the church services in BMT. Im so thankful that will be there to keep me from going crazy

  • I always went to the Wiccan service. And I never left it without a determination to make it through the trials that were to come. It helped me that much.

  • I still love this song to this day. Great post.

  • does anyone have videos of the band that plays there or know what its called

  • graduated bmt feb 26,2010.

  • It's non-denominational. :)

  • the songs are letters from war and I can only imagine(most popular 2 of 4) but I have to say I remember church a lot cause it reminded me all the things I was fighting for and the people back at home cheering for me to make it through.

  • contemporary christian service.

  • Anybody know what denomination this is protestant, catholic?

  • I was there two weeks ago to see my cousin graduate! I recorded church service as well. It was so beautiful to see our men and women praise God. There is nothing more attractive, and humbling to see a man lift hands and PRAISE God for who He is and what He does! This was very encouraging, and made me grateful for everything these men and women do for this country.
