@flowerdoodle blues might have black origin but I think the black keys have a distinctively white American aura about them.

@J4m3z1 I dont like their "bluesy" sound. The singer suffers from "fake black singer" syndrome. I dont like when white guys try to affect their voice to sound "soulful and black." He (the singer) even said that their earlier songs were just taking blues riffs and tagging some singing over it. People are going gaga for these guys--movies and television commercials use their songs, on the cover of every music magazine. They are feverishly adored by critic and fan a like. I just dont get it.???

What don't you like about Black Keys? I wasnt aware of any media hype over them but I came across them and then dl their album they got a unique bluesy rock attitude to them.

@wot2wot2 Totally! I dont get the hype. From where I stand, things that are hyped in the media usually dont live up to it. The Black Keys for example.
