Sri Ma was, it seems, in her natural (sahaja) state from birth, and whilst she exhibited various states in response to the desires of her devotees, she would never have been in bhava samadhi as such, being free of all states.
There are videos of her completely absorbed and "apparently" oblivious to the outer world at the time of her birthday. At that time puja would be offered to her. I am thinking to post such a video soon.
