Dentists are always so spacey (lol I'm so glad ill fit in at dental school) I like that in this video he uses a model. I hate the colgate one where you watch some girl do it and you can't really see. I have great gums/teeth but just needed a refresher cuz my dentist asked if I was sure I knew what I was doing (I do!)

@ClassicTVMan1981X ya i lost blood too before. Thats normal for the beginning. I heard that It means you have weak gums but it'll get better soon.

i find flossing one of the hardest things to do.
i recently started flossing so i suck at it...
it takes me about 15 minutes to do all my teeth

My dentist told me that Glide floss, the teflon stuff, is not good. It's too slippery. You need the more abrasive, old fashioned stuff like waxed Reach.
