A380 is currently the newest and most expensive airliner in service.
Personally I would fly in the new A380 vs other older aircraft in service, because it is more comfortable and has better entertainment facilities than older aircraft in service.

Every company planes including AIRBUS have their own advantage and disavantage. The advantage is they are making more interesting and state of the art planes. Disavantage is sometimes they don't make safe planes. Boeing Do fixed the problem, while AIRBUS ALSO fixed the problems they had. Many people in youtube protest about each others company, so, since you hate Airbus, try not to type what you said, the Airbus fans will... you know.
