would this rom work with people who unlocked the bootloader with htc s-on? and if this is the fastest rom wouldnt it drain the battery?

@MW2mostwanted Yes, but you need to install using Flash Image GUI. Not necessarily, faster ROM can mean bloatware removed and unnecessary features removed so uses less battery and faster.
