Coyote Chillin in my Backyard

A coyote decided to do some sunbathing on the beach in my backyard in northern Indiana on Oct. 26th 2006.

this could be a coydog. Note the white on chest and toes. White is seldom seen in a pure coyote. He also looks larger than a coyote and may have mange by the way he is scratching. He looks uncomfortable when sitting. The other possibility is that it is a coywolf. Anybodies guess.

coydog for sure. Muzzle is too short and is doglike. Coat looks to be german shepard.

Shoot it and gut it. You'll find Fluffy and Whiskers the cat.
