The carcover.com) Before we bought these car covers we call the company in Los Angeles Ca. We told them we wanted to buy two car covers for our two trucks and we wanted the cover to be weather proff with HUV protection.
We Described the two vehicles with size and color.
The company recomended the covers we bought and he said that the cover are all weather and will last from 4 to 5 years. We were satisfied with the information so we bought the two car covers. Well 4 months later the one cover on a vehicle is completly falling apart and decentigrating in front of my eyes.The other one is still in the box wen i saw the condition of the first cover there was no point on using the second one.
We send an Emails to the (Carcompany.com) and told them what was happening with the cover, they said that they can't understand what went wrong and they will get back to us, its been two weeks now and i haven heard nothing from no body. My wife was calling and they would put her on hold for more than ten minutes and would never pickup the call . So I call giving my name they don't know and right away i got a hold o the assistant manager, telling me now that there is no warranty on this product and a 60 day return polisse. How comveniat, wend the covers fall apart after the 60 days of purchase. Im waiting for there call back with a resolution to this mess . I just got the manager and now he tells me that they can not take back the unopen box becuse is past the know change to 30 days polisse.He told me don't bother coming down there because there not refunding or exanging anything for eny one.This crap there selling is junk and wend you buy the expencive cover then thell send you the cheap one and pocket the money. Its a (Scam).

I had a lot of trouble with their customer service. Basically gave me the cold shoulder on a when I wanted a refund.

Funny because I bought a car cover 4 years ago from them and I still have it and works great. You must be using there indoor car cover for out door use. They warned me about that when I was purchasing one. You get what you pay for.

We'll see what happens to me. I have one of their "Noah" covers that I paid nearly $300 for. Supposed to last three years. Had it a little over two years and the mirror pockets are almost totally torn off. Trying to get an antenna through the thing also ruins it.
