This is the trailer for the upcoming film, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, in HD ... Heath Ledgers last film.

With some of the most well known stars in the film industry, this cast will blow you away.

Starring:

Heath Ledger as Tony: A mysterious outsider who joins the group. Gilliam revealed Ledger improvised "half" of his comedic dialogue on set. "I really felt 'We got a tiger by the tail here! I thought here's somebody with the kind of energy I had when I was young."When Ledger died in the midst of production, the role was recast to have Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell portray "physically transformed versions" of the character.

Christopher Plummer as Doctor Parnassus: The 1,000-year-old leader of a travelling theatre troupe

Tom Waits as The Devil

Lily Cole as Valentina: Doctor Parnassus's daughter.

Andrew Garfield as Anton

Verne Troyer as Percy

Peter Stormare as a world statesman

This story goes beyond your imagination.

While the sudden death of prominent Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus player Heath Ledger in January of 2008 left Gilliam and company scrambling to find a means of salvaging the film — which was already well into principal photography at the time — the cavalry soon arrived in the form of Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell, who each serve as alternate-dimension versions of the character originally set to be played by Ledger when the character crosses through a paranormal mirror.

Alot of people have been asking what the music is in the trailer so...

I know that his best role was a bad guy. That's not my problem at all. The only thing I find bothersome about it is that in this trailer, they make him out to be a mysterious but nice guy. And then in the movie you find out he's not. That's the only thing I find bothersome.

I liked this movie, but I didn't like the fact that Heath Ledger played somewhat of a bad guy in this

Everyone is going on about how Heath would have wanted people to remember him for his Role as the Joker but its because of that character he couldn't sleep which is why he was taking the pills that caused his death :| R.I.P

I even heard he kept a note and pencil by his side everytime a randfom though about joker crossed his mind, he was "harvesting" a Joker in his brain. Simply brilliant.

ow please, only a fool would disagreed, his role as Joker was remarkable, maybe not my favorite joker after playing Batman arkham series, but indeed, a wonderfull role. The imaginary of Doctor Parnassus had a better focus on the devil and the special effects that were Parnassus's imaginary.
