The TARGET SYSTEM TB 500 is the ideal replacement for aerosol adhesives. Perfect for small to medium sized screen print shops, working with manual and automatic presses. Snapping easily onto a special 1 gallon bucket, the exceptional economy of the system eliminates the need for frequent refills. Fully adjustable for both fluid and air flows, the stainless steel tipped spray gun utilizes HVLP technology, allowing the application of a perfect mist coating of adhesive, while minimizing overspray.
Fully assembled and ready to use, the system's air requirements are 40-60 PSI at 2 CFM, which allows it to be powered by a very small compressor. When used with TEKMAR water based adhesive, the TARGET SYSTEM TB500 can provide cost savings of over 600% when compared to aerosols. The TB 500 is the perfect environmental solution, guaranteed to save $$$ over aerosols and other systems.

The TARGET SYSTEM TB 1000 is the last word in semi automatic adhesive application systems. Designed to be used with TEKMAR water based adhesive, this revolutionary product delivers savings of up to 600% over aerosols alone. The air drive diaphragm pump, provides an on-demand adhesive supply to the TARGET TB 591 HVLP, compact stainless steel tipped spray gun.

Recently upgraded to a new viton sealed, anti-stall pump, the TB 1000 offers increased reliability over conventional pump designs. The rugged stainless steel enclosure, ensures continuous operation in the hostile environment of the press room.

Also available is the exclusive TARGET TB 691 HVLP Over Head Gun, for permanent, over the press installation. THe TB1000 is available as a two head system, allowing the unit to simultaneously supply two print stations. The unit is mounted to a compact stand which nests conveniently over a 5 gal pail. It can also be adapted to use with a 15 or 55 gallon drum. Minimal air requirements allows the system to be powered by a very small compressor. When used with TEKMAR water based adhesive, the TARGET SYSTEM TB 1000 is a totally "green" adhesive application system, guaranteed to be the most economical product of its' type.
