cool. this is just regular led flasher circuit with resistor what set speed of flashing replaced by potenciometer and led is replaced with speaker? am i right?

The clicking in the beginning reminds me of the sound of the indicator light relay of a SAAB 900...

it isnt on the maplins website anymore i can only find one with no 555 but if its any help here is a link to the video i had of it so far so u can see my problem and also how its similar to yours (make sure u read the desscription). thanks 4 the help ive only recently got into electronics n stuff

i bought from maplins this lil kit with 2 leds flashing and you can controll the rate at whitch they flash with a potentiometer this uses a 555 timer and with a speaker attatched instead of an led it acts like ures but the problem is even when its flashing the fastest its still a very low sound if i got a pot with less resistance would the slowest rate of flashing (and fastest) go up or is something else needed? i hope this makes sense :-(
