Frank: "This proposal that links the estate tax and the minimum wage and a bill you know that is not going to pass the senate is the most ethically dishonest, morally bankrupt ploy I have ever seen in a legislative body. For you, Mr. Speaker, and your party, to perpetrate this conscious deliberate deception, not only on the american people but the poorest and hardest working among them is something I would have thought previously you would have been ashamed to do but apparently shame has become entirely irrelevant for you and your party."

Maybe he doesn't have the greatest speaking voice, but the content of his statements is more important. He is always clear, insightful, and gets right to the heart of the matter.

Barney Frank is an ok guy, but he sucks as a House chairman now. He needs to ENUNCIATE. God. Can't understand half the things he says. Thinking back to the great orators in US history, it's hard to believe people who speak like this can step on the floor of Congress. Again, I have nothing against the man...I just think he needs to SLOW DOWN and speak clearly so we can actually understand him.
