This was the week that everything collapsed at the internship I was doing, forcing me to find another internship in order to graduate. According to everyone I've talked to, based on all the details I knew and was able to give, the general consensus was that someone within the internship sabotaged it. They did so by bringing up something to the youth that I had spoken strictly to adults about since it was something meant for an adult audience (I had done some supply preaching at this location before the internship), and a) it wasn't any of the adults - every single one of them has blessed my life in all that they have done; b) what the whelp said pretty much scared the rest of the youth. I left because I never heard an answer back from my supervisor as to whether or not they were okay with me staying after I went in and apologized, regardless of the fact that I didn't create the mess.

That said, these are the clips we find during the week:
1) Sneaky little NS sets off the crossing gate and doesn't cross. You can see it if you look at where the building's corner and the roof of a car meet across the street. It backs up because it was meant to head east on the Hannibal Sub not south and east on the St. Louis Sub. Interesting part, it revealed a gate malfunction that I didn't film until the second time because I didn't expect it. The gate would go up, whack the metal stop, and then come back down as though it didn't have the air or gears to stop it from moving. 2/13

2) Here's that NS train now traveling east on the Hannibal Sub. 2/13

3) Love the engineer on this freight, and love the beautiful mix of power. He attempted "Shave and a Haircut" twice, but it didn't work out before the crossing. However, either he was trying to perfect it, he knew I could catch it on camera because of how loud the horn was, or there was another rail fan, but in any event, as the auto racks come, you can hear him nail the horn salute. Major kudos to the engineer on this. 2/15

4) The day that I first found out what had happened at the internship. I had a conversation with my supervisor because I had received a message via Facebook from one of the youth threatening me with harm because of what had been said. Interestingly enough, they weren't there that day, but I was looking to have a good conversation just between me, the parents, the supervisor, and the student because I wanted to help them out. Turns out I wouldn't be able to do that. I left and instead of lashing out because I was upset, I instead decided to take a drive, and lo and behold there was a train coming just as I was leaving. This NS freight had a UP engine stuck in there, which was nice to see before driving off to Higbee and wherever I felt like driving that day. 2/17
