@EffieReal i dont think he was referring to the cameras located in private owned businesses for their personal protection, but the cameras that are in abundance on street corners and light and above stop signs in more urban areas or places that have more blacks & yes most places have traffic cameras and stuff like that but if you ever go to a place like (insert random ghetto/hood in USA) you will see the diff in how MANY there R in comp. to other places. you can feel the govt watching u there
