@openthesilencers1223 I was thinking the same thing, but then again, they don't pull much profit off of youtube, and in some years (2004 and 2007 I think) they actually took a loss......but it was never really meant to be a cash cow, rather just another propaganda machine. As it backfires with independent media they seem to make a concerted effort to overhaul the site in ways that make it harder to use.
