I suggest starting with the book "Helpless" by governor general's award winning author Christie Blatchford about Caledonia, and then checking out the 6 years of archived news at caledoniawakeupcall if you want to learn about Caledonia where things stopped being "simple" years ago.
It's $10 for a bag of 200 smokes, or $8-$9 for a pack of 25 down the street.
I really wish my claims were exaggerated but they're sadly not.

@WarriorOfTheOldWays1 you can laugh at people selling insect egg & human feces ridden cigarettes to underage buyers if you want to, but I don't personally find it particularly funny. Pretty much everyone but you knows these are illegal, but think what you like.
