  • @hughjones92 It's just a dramatization. It shows that death has no hold on Christ. It shows that death took one thief, but couldn't take the other, because Jesus saved him. Yes, God had already defeated Satan, and his demons, but this drama shows Christ conquering sin, and death at the cross.
