  • thank you for the advice!

  • @loveallhappiness thanks for watchin :)

  • Not a good thing to seperate a food into its components it seems. The resulting product is rendered quite diminished. Are there raw olives you can just eat or are they enedible?

  • there are raw olives, definitely. most of the packaged raw food companies are selling some. our favorite are the botija olives from peru (sold as peruvian olives sometimes). we do less and less olive oil these days. :) whole food works best!

  • thanks for the info

  • very welcome...thanks for watchin! looks like we are online at the same time... :)

  • while we think the whole food is best always, we cant say olive oil is complete crap. there are astronomical healing benefits to it internally and externally when it is raw and organic. it id ESSENTIAL to cleansing the gall bladder, as well :) yeah, bariani is a sweetheart. glad you enjoyed the sillyness. we like to be nuts...like coconuts! :)

  • Condiments are crap and just take people further away from whole foods. I am really opinionated on this subject. If someone is craving olive, eat some fricken raw olives or chop and add to dishes. Bariani out of Sacamento (I met the man, he's so nice)... Oliflix out of Southern CA are 2 raw olive oils in CA for those who must use olive oil. On another note, I love your hat and grape noses and new cookbook intro. I needed that tonight, cheered me up.

  • thank you so much. coconut is not necessarily better, just different profile of fats. coconut is full of good medium chain fatty acids and is a more saturated fat, and has a higher melting point to cook with without destroying the oil. but you still have to ask the compnay how they got the water out to see if it is raw if you are using for raw purposes. both oils can be VERY nourishing for skin, hair, joints, heart, etc...

  • You two are great couple. What about coconut oil? Better then olive oil ?

    Thank you.
