I live here. I was there during the storm. Mom was disabled, sister mentally handicapped. i couldn't make it to a shelter and stayed at home through the power out for two weeks with no food or warmth. I'm surprised I survived to this day. It was a terrible disaster.
A whole family down my street (i live in front of replay, smith Ballard) burnt down in their house from putting in a grill lit inside their living room so they wouldn't freeze to death.
thanks for the video. glad someone cared.

good to see that you were working at the shelter on campus. thankfully my bf and i didn't have to use the shelter, but we did come to campus to get warm and get something to eat!
from what i could tell you probably went down the street i lived on at the time (saw the richmond rec center). 2nd street was a disaster there for a while!

I've been through two icestorms in my life. I was 4 during my first one, but I remember it very well. A tree fell on our cabin and I had to live with my grandmother for a month. We ultimately had to get a new house anyway.
And you climbing up the stands and steps was just creepy. Sounded like you were Godzilla crushing cars.

nice birth control glasses. lol. i bet you couldnt get laid if you crawled up a hens ass and waited.

@bigredjeep97 an amazingly deep comment. does it make you feel better to know that I have 3 kids? I can't wait to hear your insult for that.
