Tycho (the talking quaker parrot) entertains himself

I was putting away dishes and so I thought I would see if I could get any of his amazing vocabulary on camera. The talking starts at about 1:18. He says the following:
"Are you a good boy?"
"Hi Tych"
"Are you ok?"
"Ihor" (spouses name)
"Can I have a kiss?"
Lots of kissing sounds
"step up"
"Look at me!!!"
"woo!"
"How are you?"
"Yeay! Clap Clap Clap"
"hello"
"do you like it?"
"RUBY! Come 'ere Ruby!" (one of the dog's)
etc.

This is a *GREAT* example of the noise level of a single quaker.

I made it with the help of sand blasted perches from my local parrot specialty store and then ZIPTIE them together in various configurations and so I can change the configuartion whenever I wanted ... its a great system. Also: having a pair of PVC pipe cutters you can make some rpretty fantastic armatures for the perches with 1/2 inch pvc pipe...even more possibilities.
