Aryia experimenting with mag citrate.wmv

Aryia has Cystic Fibrosis. She chronically gets backed up in her intestines, and has been hosptialized for DIOS. She was having a hard time getting the Magnesium Citrate down, and now has to drink it every weekend. We decided to do an experiment to see if we could make it taste better. We found the MAGIC formula!!!

Hi im always constipated but not anymore. She should try generic powder miralax. It's so delicious in anything and works fast and pain free. It's the best stuff on earth. :)

Thanks, she actually takes miralax max dosage 2x per day, everyday. The Mag citrate is to help when the miralax fails to clean her out.

oh and I forgot to say we acutaly tryed the Grape falvor with her first and she wanted nothing to do with it so I went out and bought the lemon flavor that has some carbanation and she is on a clear liquid diet today so she can have sprite, 7-up, or serria mist, well I mixed it with one of them with out her knowing and she drank it because I played a little game with her because i put it in her straw cup with a top and any time it bubbled up the straw she had to drink it. she drank it all up=)

my 5 year old has to take the Mag Citrate today because she is soooo Blocked up and is hurting and I hate seeing her hurt. she has been on Mirlax sence she was 3 and it didnt work but we have to do the Mirlax every day as matence and a Choclate Ex-lax now per her gastroligest. hoping this works for her so she has no more tummy issues.

I've had extreme problems with constipation. Was taking up to 8 doses of miralax per day. I am using oxy powder now, it works very well and is gentle.

I would really love to be your online buddy Ariya. I feel so bad in your situation and myself with my lung disease. Its hard. You seem funny sweet and extreamly friendly. Hi I see like two humidifires she sleeps with. I have more suggestions. I use a PSI compressor. Its pure mist i use at night and feel so refreshed i love it thought i would share it even though i do not have her condition but i was born with pulmonary problem. Its a compressor uses an aresol mask and a blue moist hose. You might want to ask her pulmo dr about it. Works awesome. Take care God bless :)

One thing I have learned to make it easier:

Have your parents buy you the CLEAR ( Lemon flavor Mag-citrate)

Rather than put ANYTHING in it, take the magnesium citrate in your writing hand, and a stadium cup of water in the other. SIP the mag-citrate, fol,low as quick as you can with a sip of water. Wait for the aftertaste to dissipate, take another sip of water, then count to five and repeat.

Sounds counterintuative, but it works!!

This was such a sweet vid. My daughter is in the process of a clean out sure wish we had watched the vid prior to her having to drink ALOT of the mag Citrate would have made it easier to go down.
