the reason there is no left handed fire selector is because it is an exact replica. on the actual m4, if you are left handed and open fire, very hot bullet casings go right into your eye. fun fun fun. not offensive or anything, just fyi..

@Laofse No it's because cops have shot kids because kids decide to be dumbasses and look like they are aiming airsoft guns at them. If your a cop and you see a 19 year old kid aiming an M4 at you on the street from a distance, your trained to act like he is about to shoot you...

That tool that you thought wasn't supposed to be in there is actually the tool for the front flip-up sight. You match up the 4 little things that stick out of the tool in the 4 little holes on the front sight then turn and depending at which direction you turn it'll go up or down. So you can sight the gun's iron sight/flip-up sights in. I don't own this gun, but that's how it is on my AR-15 ha :P Nice gun btw.
