Views of Paris from the Montparnasse Tower

Here Laurie introduces the view from the top of the Montparnasse Tower with a glass of champagne which you can enjoy on the 59th floor. It is now one the premier Paris sightseeing attractions. The Montparnasse Tower is not as famous as the Eiffel Tower, but it offers much better views of Paris. You can really see the landscape of Paris laid out before you as you stand on the 56th or 59th floor of the tower and it is said that on a clear day you see for 40km.

This video shows the views by day but by night the view is absolutely stunning. It is a sight truly worth seeing. A great recommendation, and one which we have not yet taken ourselves, is to watch the fireworks on Bastille Day from the top of the Montparnasse Tower. That will be a video for another day.
