I've never heard of this type of knot and obviously do not know how to do it. However, I figured out by watching that the knot could be released by tugging the loose end which is convenient.
It would be helpful to the audience to explain (very briefly) which situations this would be used, and pros and cons.
Unlike a bowline, that knot will shake loose extremely easily and NEVER should be used on Clews of headsails, kites or anything that isnt taught.

@marcel911 quick release under tension when you need to leave the mooring..... just start your engine, pull the working end, and you're away
