  • poor rack poor snatching as well is this guy certified by RKC? or AKC?

  • I love this exercise. I have a 35 pounder that I do endurance reps with.

  • That's a half-snatch. People... do not pull on the bell halfway up with your bicep unless you want an overuse injury. Make your hips do the work, and 'guide' the bell with your hand.
