The out line and description of this 3 min. clip is designed to highlight the fact , that our Traffic congestion problem in Trinidad is as aresult of the number of vehicles on the road. Notwitstanding its history, the solution to this problem must be a comprehensive one that is focused at reducing the number of vehicles on the road. Of course cars can be the first taget in this resolve, but recently ithas become fashionable to purchase utility vehicles for "private cars". So here's another target.
