@cierafazsings well from what i understood based on the Perez Hilton site...you upload your video to youtube, tag perez hilton and watnot...THEN you're supposed to email him at the email he gives in the video he posted on his site...i currently don't have the email right now, but if you go on his site he posted a short vid about this "adele" contest thing. hope that helps :)
